Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your purchase is completed. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect this timeframe slightly.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change. However, because each order is made to order, we cannot cancel or modify orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase — especially if the order is already in production.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.

Shipping Carrier:
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the order.
